St. Lucia!

Young travelers! I'm heading off to St. Lucia in the wee hours of the morning tomorrow, so I won't have any blog posts for a couple weeks (not that I had any in the past couple weeks anyways dohoho). To be quite honest, I haven't done much art since the last post, although I've gotten the lines on the wood board for the painting. I've got some commissions to work on over vacation, so hopefully I'll at least have some sketches by the time I get back :U

Summer!

Summer is officially here! I'm all done with my junior year, with straight A's for the semester! I'm so proud of myself. c: And even cooler, my dad bought me a super Nikon DSLR to use for my art class this year, so I've been playing with it. I used it to take pictures of some food pornnnn



Aren't the pikachu sprinkles just precious? And plus, they were super tasty. Also, because I had to turn in something for my 'final project' for art, I cropped half the Party picture and made it look done (for now!). His arm is a little awkward like this, since he was originally holding hands with someone but oh wells.



I think it's pretty cute, but I'll definitely finish it, with all 4 people! I'm also going to be making a painting for my cousin's wedding, similar to the eskimo girl one, so here's the concept sketch/colors for thattt.



The head is definitely too big, but that will be fixed in the actual painting. I slapped on some random wood texture only because it'll be painted on wood :P I'm pretty excited to get that started though!
